Co-futuring formats create the space to talk about the complex and sometimes overwhelming developments of our time in a playful and appreciative way. They facilitate open dialogue on concerns, aspirations, and concerns, ensuring that there is space for movement, trust, creativity, self-efficacy and solidarity.

The aim is not to predict the future with 100% accuracy, but to make different needs, worries, fears, opportunities and wishes visible and discussable by looking into the future. This approach can help to identify and overcome obstacles faced by individuals and organisations. Feelings of powerlessness and stagnation give way to constructive and energised discourse on a new, shared path.
We have made it our goal to strengthen self-efficacy, resilience, openness to new opportunities and the courage to embrace change.
